A recipe straight from Maharashtra is  being forgettable now. This is a sweet dish often made on the occasion of diwali time.  Our ancestors made these anarsas  only on the special occassions. It tastes really good. The important point is it is made of ghee which is good for our health.  So do ty this recipe instead of buying sweet from outside .

Ingredients needed:

1. Rice

2. Jaggery

3. Ghee

4.Semolina( rava)

5. sugar

6. khus khus

It is a healthy recipe  because it contains ghee which gives good immunity, jaggery doesn't have much calories. Overall those who are diabetic patients can also try as it contains jaggery,
